At the 13th Northern California Soy and Tofu Festival celebrate the incredible health benefits of soy and tofu with free samples, cooking demonstrations, and workshops. The festival also features tofu eating contests, live performances, a raffle, and the Soy-ful Youth Art Contest. Proceeds benefit The Nichi Bei News, and the Nikkei Community Internship and The Japan Youth Leaders Program at JCYC.
