EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, with the help of the city’s Shared Spaces program, the street closure will create a pleasant open space area, where visitors can take a relaxing stroll along iconic Grant Avenue with its beautiful red lanterns and pagoda topped buildings - while continuing to wear masks and adhere to social distancing guidelines. There will be a variety of delicious Chinese food including dim sum, clay pots, popular Cantonese dishes, and of course, matcha tea ice cream.

The 39th annual Palo Alto Festival of the Arts hosted by the Palo Alto Chamber of Commerce becomes home to 300 fine art and contemporary craft displays, Italian street painting, kids’ art studio, and entertainment throughout.
